The Mini Habits Concept - One Push Up a Day
The idea is if an action sounds stupid to you, then it's probably a good size because it means you can definitely do it. So when I tell people about the mini habits concept and throughout one push up a day, they're like, what's the point of doing that? And that makes it a good mini habit because it's so small that you can't resist it. But after not being able to do anything, I said, well, all right, one push up is better than zero, I suppose.
