People are afraid to essentially, from ancestrally, from dying. The safest thing you can do in a fast changing world is make change happen. We have lied to manipulated and broken promises to workers for 120 years. And so part of what it is to create the conditions for the kind of organization we're talking about is bosses and workers must speak to each other truthfully.
