How Can You Present It to Me in a Different Way?
The way that you tell somebody, it really realy matters a lot. Some people are insecure. Some people don't want to receive criticism. Who tells them when they tell hem? All that matters. Creating a culture that craves and gives feedback is essential to being great. It's all the way we start in the interview process,. We 're testing people for their ability to give and receive feedback at work. That's one of the highest values we here. And so i want, if i'm not seeing it, i want some one to be able to say, you're not seeing i want anybody on the team to be can do it.
