What Do We Do if We Find an Asteroid Like Don't Look Up?

Time is the most important ingredient of all, actually. We would like to not have just months to react. That ability to have that much time depends in a large way on how you do your survey. The ideal thing would be e go do these comprehensive surveys, and we find out that there's nothing headed our way. That would be full mission success for my persspective... Maybe this mot will get people excited about those possibilities of having more time.
