How Do You Use Adhesive to Stick Objects Together?

When you're using an adhesive, you actually don't usually want sand the surface. So then when you bring two objects together, there's plenty of glue in all the bumps and crevices. And tho tht those glues, those two layers of glue, will bond together and hold the object together. It's not as instinctive as you might think. I, again, kind of hadn't really thought about it in that way.
