As a scientist, I can't teach people practices that there is data that this will be harmful or not helpful. But the way that I do it is I actually totally believe in this stuff. And so what I find is that based on where someone is in their chakras, those kinds of meditations really help them achieve their goals. We have to be sort of clear on the science there and what's responsible for it.
