How Do You Build the Presence Muscle?
I think I've meditated on and off for a long time and I'm back on it this year. Probably the longest I ever meditated in a row was like 2018 2019. When you're such a metrics driven person it's sometimes hard to go based on feel when you are such a data-driven person again. If anyone listening has good advice on this please send it my way because the truth is I don't have a good good framework for it.
