Is This the Ability to Monitor the Higher Atitudes of Space?
The ability to put a satellite in space that could detect launches, not just take pictures of the launch fields, but could actually detect the launches from the heat of the missile and so forth. How far back in the history of the twentieth century does that sort of technology go? Oh, close to forty, 50 years eisenhauer started at all. So it was in the sixties. Now it's all part of te system.
