Holly's injury flared up again in one of the final long runs just before taper. It kicked off at about 5k into the marathon and it was miserable. I probably maybe shouldn't have started that marathon in my sight. There are, there are options out there as runners like, you know, let's not kind of quit before we started. We're talking about training for marathons, right? But if you do feel like,. you know, you're injured and you shouldn't start, you can defer your place and it might feel crushing at the time. Sometimes it's for the best.
