Probiotics Are Not a Replacement for Probiotic, Because They Die Before They Get to the Intestinals Alive
Most probiotics on the market, and most probitic that are in those types of foods will die before they ever get to the intestines. The spore base bacteria actually have the ability to get to the intestinal tract alive their dormant its. Not till they hit the intestines that they take their spore shell off, and that's when they go into their live, vegetative cell state. So i'm a huge fan of fermented foods,. I just wouldn't look at them as a placement for a probispore base probiotic because they're not getting to the intestine alive.
