David Frum is the author of "The City authentic," a book about how attention economy builds urban America. He says there are three types of cities: bad, beautiful and efficient. The city authentic refers to this third wave where everything is centered on finding a cool nickname for your city that can only be found in one place. And he says it's more psychological than the other two because people have to answer why they want to live here.
