Lord Rothschild needed someone to infiltrate the spy ring he believed was operating at Siemens. In order to maintain his cover, Eric Roberts was given a new identity as Jack King. MI5 monitored an employee in the Siemens factory with German heritage and links to the British Union of Fascist. After a year of spying on Dorothy Veggener, Eric Roberts' and old Rothschild came to a conclusion. There was no Siemenspiring.
