The Minimum Effective Dose for Weight Loss and Longevity
The threshold question, which I think is a fascinating question that could is its own topic. What kind of markers can we look for to sort of get an idea of are we hitting a minimally effective dose for weight loss, for blood sugar control, but also longevity and cancer prevention? Well, I don't think there's a minimallyeffective dose because I think you can do say 12 to 14 hours, like the all the Americans in 1960, 1970, and still do reasonably well. But there's two sort of things that you can play with, right? You can play with sort of the foods that you eat andYou can play with the timing of your meals.
