How Open Source and Forecasting Have Evolved?

Small and smaller sized firms are less able to effectively leverage techniques. This is because of the lack of resources or lack of experts, when it comes to resources. I mean, on the bright side, i've seen more and more soft ware go open source to day. There's plenty of free software, but as you say, not a lot of free hardware floating around to use.
