The target has an indicator, right? So it's 4.1. The proportion of children and young people achieving at least a minimum proficiency level in 1, reading, and 2, mathematics by 6. Who came up with that indicator? Again, many people were involved,. But basically during the late stage of the percentageIt was created, the so-called attack. It was a gathering of people from different international organizations - UNESCO, ACV, UNICEF, and so on.
