Games are good at emphasizing short-term wins, short-term goals as well as the longer term. Too often in the workplace, we'll put out a giant vision or a giant idea or a giant goal. That can lead to disengagement when we fail to engage and celebrate some of those early wins. The engagement piece is huge. There are many games that I think have lost people because they don't necessarily enroll them well or don't engage directly. But the ones that do it best typically answer three questions: what am I doing? So getting really clear. Why am I doing it? Yeah, not always clear. And then the last one is as the player or as an employee
