I'm very pragmatic I'm like is that working where are you getting caught what isn't. conceptual thinking is the greatest obstacle to go beyond conceptual thinking so yeah go beyond the conceptual thinker experientially. So rather than long meditations or sitting for long periods of time the sense is if it's here already can we just shift out of the current constellation into the other and include everything. The awake consciousness has to let go and either drop within and open up or open up and then include everything in a way that there's a realization or a knowing from this.
