The Strangest Paranormal Phenomenon Ever

Jay from Virginia was walking his dog when he saw a wispy cloud in the sky. He could see what looked like two stars slowly moving toward this cloud and then as they move into it, there were no blinking lights at all so it really struck me odd. Jay said that once these stars moved into the cloud their rotation before it moved in also seemed to change but he had no idea why.
