The Importance of Conflict Resolution

I don't know that I would rule out something like a civil war in our lifetimes. We tried that and it resulted in a lot of dead people. Conflict with resolution on a national scale is probably needed. The political battlefield is a healthy way to settle differences. It's a lot more healthy than hanging people or something.
