Kant's Skepticism of the External World
Hume says there is some form of mediation between the external world and what we end up with and experience. Humean skepticism then is skeptical of our ability to measure the epistemic reality of our sense organs without relying on the organs themselves. So, it's like someone trying to vindicate their own argument by just like repeating the argument. We have knowledge from our organs and that's all we have which can prove the truth of that knowledge.
