The Challenges of Directing a TV Show

When it was somebody who was working on the show already, that problem was already solved. But sometimes they didn't know how to direct right. M just cause they hadn't done it before, right? Sometimes they didn't realize all the different things that were their responsibilities. And because we all knew how to make the show, we would often pick up the slack and we would do, i part of the director's job. To have to help some one out when they don't even realize you're helping them out, that was kind of hard.
