I think what's great when so many of these acts get put into place, it's really just setting the standard for all employees. But again, these acts such as PWFA at least set the standard. They set the baseline for everyone else. And like I said before, you know, this doesn't replace the federal laws,. You may have a more productive approach. One negative review can increase your recruiting costs by 17%, one negative review. It's crazy. So it's a great opportunity to get out in front, be the change and create those positive employee experiences even before the acts getting put into place.
