There is a growing trend toward em communities where you can age and place, and people coming together. Having these kinds of aging and place communities cuts both ways. It isn't just the young people helping the older people. The older people take care of the kids while mam is out having to do an errand. And i think that's something we should be training our eyes and minds toward.
