Ancient Egypt's Boom Time

The Egyptians were a busy, inventive, hard-working and increasingly cosmopolitan people that we have yet to say much about. What if rather than being disgusted at the greed and egotism of the king, his courtiers emulated him? There is no what-if. Back then, all of this happened. And worse than anything, what if instead of killing him in his grotesquely oversized harem, he built smaller versions of his tombs and demoliments for themselves?
