The Sun Salutations of Our Day

Pregnant with her first child and working full time, Dory says she was 'thrilled' at the prospect of a new life. But things didn't go to plan and it became hard to get up and go to work when colleagues were celebrating birth of their children. She learned that if you keep getting up and facing your day, you can conquer anything. Now has two beautiful children but still loves telling funny stories about fitness.
