Is It Irresponsible to Pass a Three Til Something That Increases a Debt by Ex Trillion Dollars?

Is it irresponsible to pass a bill like that when you're seeing record inflation? Or i wues the work around, or what's the solution here in your eyes? To me, it's about what you're using the money for and who it's going to. So if you have this economic situation, i do not mind investing in airports, bridges and roads because, guess what, you should have done that ten and 20 years ago.
