There is wearing too many hats. When you work for yourself, or or autonomously in any way, often you need to pick up a little bit of every skill. And i think the biggest thing that comes from this that seems problematic cas it makes it hard to really focus on one thing at a time. It's just this big game of balancing and needing to juggle a whole lot of skill sets. How exactly do you get the appropriate focus for each one? Do you split up your week between them so that you can focus all in on one? What happens if an emergency happens in a different one? That's the wrong day and you got to do it now?"
