I think there was this evolution of Steve Jobs to some degree in that he started off as a pretty stubborn, difficult character. Pixar culture had a big impact on him from everything I've heard. It seems like getting kicked out of his own company or nudging her first helped a little bit. Failing a bunch of times, maturing.

But in his new book, “Think Again,” Adam Grant says that in our turbulent world, there’s a more important skill: the ability to rethink and unlearn. If you can learn how to revise your opinions, check your ego, and admit when you’re wrong, then you’ll be on a path toward wisdom and joy.
