Is It Going to Be a Binary Outcome?
i've come across people whose allocation is basically 50 % us, 50 % china. They just want that two poles of the world, in their view, us and china. And i think it's true to say that over the next ten, 20, 30, hundred years, that's what's going to characterize technology. It'll probably come down to politics when a single country decides which one to back. But certainly, if you look at that world map of trade, it looks like the shift is very much towards china right now.
