I like your performance example very much of the electric car range. The one reason why i like these is that helps us to focus our attention on what actually craves value for the customer, and not underbuilding or over building the product. I think it's easy, particularly with my experience in softwar, to overbuild. We add features that maybe we've just improve them to the point that no one cares any more. Or we add features that really aren't particularly of interest to the customer. Those excitement areas are really fun to try to find. What is something that we can do, that might be relatively easy for us to do, that creates extra excitement and maybe that emotional attachment
