The Government's Answer to the Question of Parenthood
The g r a says that you are your acquired gender, for all purposes except parenthood. The government basily kind of added parenthood to that in court on the hoof. It does refer to parent hood, but it refers to children born prior to the issuance of a general reo certificate. So if you are a transman whose wife gives birth, you also cannot register as fatheroh then that's not just at the registration, but that's the rest of your life. And they were like, that's fine. That's what we intended. Which is just wrong.
