The SEC's Monopoly on Bitcoin Spot ETFs
If you have a bitcoin ETF on the shelf just refile it. There's no way on earth that the SEC is going to give black rock a monopoly on bitcoin spotETFs so they they have to approve a bunch of them at the same time or else this is the biggest scandal in the history of financial services. The other thing that kind of feeds into this regulatory thing is this market structure bill and stable coin legislation. Those are two things that're going to amplify just the amount of capital that can flow into this industry there's just so few banks and broker dealers who can do anything now.
