Sex Positivism
Sex positivity is a positive way of looking at sex. It means doing the work to accept your own sexual identity or your own sexual desires. Just because you might want sex doesn't mean that you're bad or that you're wrong, right? Sex positivity may also mean choosing to communicate about sex openly and productively. So instead of carrying like, an secrecy around the way, or, you know, avoiding talking about sex,. it may be kind of do the work to let go of some of that shame so that you can have these open, pro active, mature conversations round sex in general.
