Steve Reich, Lamont Young, Terry Riley reference and Philip Glass. There's a chance from Fatu Ivo from either Marquesas Islands or David Fanshawe when he was there in the 70s. These are the sort of minimalism, particularly contemporary American minimalism, not really the European style. That's kind of where my head's been for a long time. It's almost like with You in Everything that it's the album in miniature in a way.
