A lot of things that you and I might talk about, we sometimes don't think about how they might sound to the average person. How do you start to work with people to get them away from the notion of predicting tomorrow versus reacting to tomorrow? Well, I love getting into it. You're absolutely right. People are always looking for that crystal ball because I think they want to feel like they have some kind of one up or one leg up or something to get ahead. But no one can predict regularly or routinely correctly all the time. It's impossible because none of us can see the future.
