The Importance of Giving Away Control

As you scale companies and you're giving away responsibility, it's very important to understand that the only way to move on is by building it bigger and better things. I'm not a huge fan of people with a really big egos. And I feel like our founders are pretty like empathic good people there. They tend to be more worried about are their employees happy what not again. There are its weaknesses to those qualities. But when you look at an investor founder pair, I tend to think that there is some sort of match or some alignment of values that tend to exist.
