Are You Exhausted?
I know how exhausting teaching is. What do you say to a teacher who goes, he i'm exhausted. And but thee they're teaching traditionally, right? So they're gin to go back into a classroom environment that looked like,. probably what our class rooms felt like before we innovated read our first few years. I totally agree. There's no easy answer to this question, but i think that partnership piece is critical. But at the end of the day, that's how we find more balance in this work. That's how we engage learners on a really deep level.
