What Was It Like to Be in the Courtroom Today?
Defense counsel seemed to question in a roundabout way whether this constituted an official proceeding and you know, Judge Pan was like, whoa, this has already been decided. But then later on, defense counsel noted that for section 1512C to apply, there must be a criminal investigation that's happening. And the judges didn't seem to bite and I don't know. It's not a huge deal, but I just, I thought it was a little bit of a goofy argument."
