Swift Package Index

Swiss package index has no way to know who's using each package. We don't even know really, you know, all we can see is analytics on how many visits each package page has. Maybe that's something that registry eventually, I don't think it supports it in its current form but maybe it could potentially start gathering some of that data. But again, there's good arguments for it.
