Do Antiperspirants Contain Aluminium?
Natural deodorants don't contain aluminium, so they cannot be classified as an antiperspirant. Aluminium essentially collects water around it, the actual pour, and forms a gel-like substance which then plugs the openings in the skin. The best way to use an aluminium-based product is to make sure that your armpits are thoroughly dry. Some of these products make a point of saying they don't contain alcohol. I think alcohol can be a little bit irritant on the skin. It also evaporates pretty quickly. We have lots of products that contain ethanol or alcohol within them,. In certain circumstances, absolutely fine to use.
