Is God Testing Us?

The last tzar, csar nicolas the second, and his wife, alexandria. They had been czars fora couple of hundred years; they thought god would take care of them. The son asks tsar nicholas, if i'm god's choice to be the next czar, then why did god let this happen? He said, perhaps god is just testing us. Well, you know, a lot of people go down for the count with god's name on their lips.
