The Importance of Shame in Authenticity

The Brotherhood wants to take people on that journey from shame to authenticity and I think for me shame has been this thing that's like held me back from bringing forth my most authentic self. We carry a lot of fear of being judged on these aspects but when you work with and you do this work with somebody that you trust and and you can do some healing work with it's very powerful. The biggest thing that's helped me on this journey is shadow work, he says.
