After watching this gas station YouTube video, I can't help but think when gas prices go up, the government makes more money and they can pay you that 4%. When gas prices goes up, nobody makes money in the gas station world. On the way up, you lose everything on the way down. That's where you make money. A lot of brands are going to be looking to sell and transition hands or figure out how to flip it or sell it to something like open store and just get it off their hands.
