How to Engage and Engage Non-Convert Users

With users who don't convert or those that churn, it's actually much harder to get ahold of them than the engaged users. The outreach safe to invite to a user interview needs to be very vanilla and like authentic as possible. I always try to fundamentally ask, if this feature existed today, would you buy Fitbod for $79.99? If they say no, it's a great clue that I haven't found the problem yet.
