Increasing FSI in India Is a Good Idea
In India, there's a tendency to subsidize everything for the middle class in urban areas. So depending on the city, there are lots of electricity subsidies. And therefore, a lot of electricity theft. Is another way of thinking about FSI in terms of not having one single FSI or one single restriction? Having sort of mixed use the way you have in say, New York City versus Mumbai and having it closer to the transit stations,.Having fewer height restrictions or allowing higher buildings near transits as opposed to the rest of the city.
