What Should I Coach Sommer About? Kipping Pull Ups

Kipping pullups were a huge big deal for crossfit. But they compromise basic strength and shoulder flexion. They don't have mobility in their shoulder, so they're hitting the bottom of that movement with multiples of body weight. It's going to force that oulder to open further than it can handle. And i'm going to bounce off that connective tissue like a trampling back to the top of the bar. Thatcholene on a fire is pouring gas on a fire. There's ot of dout, you know, bullshed, bolshe you go.
