The Relationship Between Diet and Microbes

The appendix keeps a copy of your microbiome in store. Whenever there's an issue, it starts to kind of repopulate from the appendix. We have a relationship with our microbes which looks a bit like, I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine. And they're affected by the food we choose, the environment we're in and other parts of life. Stress, diet, age, intake of anti-microbial, but the one which really drives it is diet because the community is sitting there,. It's fed on our Ridge 3 times per day.
