I started having a drink every time we would do the pod at night because I was tired and it would make me less like cranky. And then I started noticing I was having a drink like every single night, which is not a lot of alcohol,. So I was like, you know what? I'm not doing I have a very low threshold for when I feel like I'm getting addicted to somethinglike I get worried. Here I am eight days later, whatever it is. And I feel like when I run in the morning, I feel fucking like great now.
