Are You Overwhelmed?
i think being overwhelmed ties in a lot with stress. And we all know stress is very bad for us, physically and mentally. I feel like that sometimes helps me, if like zooming out, almost, and trying to see your your life and your problem from like a bird's eye view. Sometimes speaking to somebody else can help with ot you, or showing you a different point of view. But then that's just like the end of it. You there are things that you can do.
