Do You Think the Federal Reserve Is Going to Close Silicon Valley Bank?
The U6 unemployment rate, which is a broader one, also moved up to 10 from 6.6. So we're beginning to see a cool down of the labor market. I think the Fed officials are going to get some phone calls, some concerns don't go too fast. My prices are still going down everywhere. Every commodity grouping is going down. Mortgage rates down 7 and a quarter on 30-year fixed is going to depress the housing market in the month of March and into April.
